Disclaimer

Event details come from organizers and public posts. Our team checks them, but dates, places and prices can still change or be wrong. Always check with the organizer before you travel, book or pay.

We don't organize the events. We are not responsible for an event itself, for cancellations, or for tickets and payments you make to an organizer.

Links on this site lead to other websites. We don't control those sites and are not responsible for what's on them.

Flyers, logos and event names belong to their makers. Are you the maker and want something removed? Email info@cypherconnect.app and we'll take it down.

Privacy

We only collect what we need to list and check events.

When you add an event, we save your email address, your Instagram name if you give it, your flyer or logo, and the event details. We use them to check the event, to contact you about it and to send you updates on its status. We never sell your details or use them for advertising.

Your email and Instagram name are never shown on the site. The event details, flyer and logo are public once the event is live.

Your details are stored with Supabase (database and files), our website runs on Vercel, and emails are sent through Resend. We keep your details while your event is listed and up to 12 months after it ends. After that we delete them.

We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics. It does not use cookies and does not track you across websites, so there is no cookie banner. Your language and light or dark mode choice are saved only on your own device.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time. Email info@cypherconnect.app and we'll reply within 30 days. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Rules for organizers

By sending an event, you confirm that the details are correct and that you are allowed to share the flyer and logo.

Adding an event is free. We can refuse, change or remove an event, for example when we can't confirm it or when it doesn't fit the site.

Something changed? Use your tracking link or email info@cypherconnect.app, so dancers always see the right information.

Data for apps and AI agents

Apps and AI agents can read our event data through a paid API. The data is provided as it is, without guarantees, in the same way as on the site.

Payments for the API are made in USDC on the Base network. Payments are final and can't be refunded.
